Meridian

Comparative analysis

What actually separates them

Two to four properties held to identical dimensions. Meridian reports the differences that change a decision and names the ones that do not — a feature table tells you everything and therefore nothing.

Amankora Paro

Paro Valley · ultra luxury

The lowest-friction Amankora gateway lodge and a logical beginning or end to an Amankora sequence. Its decision value comes from Paro access, wellness, Tiger’s Nest/cultural utility and a coherent small-scale Aman experience rather than accommodation variety.

Amankora Punakha

Punakha Valley · ultra luxury

The most structurally differentiated Amankora lodge in the corpus: heritage architecture, Mo Chhu Suites, a pool and culturally specific on-property programming make Punakha more than a repeat of the standard suite formula. Correction pass: family suitability is applicable_unknown. The two Mo Chhu Suites are explicitly combinable to create a two-bedroom configuration, which is affirmative family-relevant accommodation evidence. That evidence alone does not establish enough about property-wide child accommodation, family services or practical family use to support a universal numeric family_suitability score. Lack of kids-club evidence is not treated as negative evidence.

Genuinely equivalent: Romance. Knowing where properties do not differ is as useful as knowing where they do — it stops a decision being made on noise.
