Kudadoo is the smallest and most service-unconstrained operating model in the set: 15 overwater residences, personal butler structure, a whole-island exclusive-use option and an “Anything, Anytime, Anywhere” all-inclusive concept. It is not competing through room-category breadth; it competes through low inventory, overwater uniformity, privacy and freedom from transaction/schedule friction once on island. The inventory is 13 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom residences. Whole-island exclusive use and personal butler service are explicitly supported. On-property dining breadth is small, but destination dining, in-residence dining and the AAA model make service flexibility much stronger than restaurant count alone suggests. Wellness includes an overwater spa, Himalayan salt chamber and published unlimited treatments. Correction pass: Kudadoo remains a 15-residence, all-overwater, extremely high-service proposition. Its dining distinction, however, is flexibility, not venue breadth: the on-property venue set is Keyolhu Restaurant and The Retreat Bar, while destination dining, in-residence dining and the Anything, Anytime, Anywhere model provide the service-flexibility layer. Family suitability is AU, not 45: the corpus confirms seasonal family programming and two-bedroom inventory but does not establish permanent kids-club infrastructure; the latter remains unknown rather than becoming a negative score. The 95 property-wide privacy score remains: it is supportable from the ordinary operating model itself — 15 overwater residences, private pools and personal butlers — without using the whole-island buyout; exclusive use remains a separate ceiling.
